Lieutenant Hajji Karam ud Din TK(M) ( 9 October 1941 - 3 October 2008; Urdu:کرم الدین) was a Pakistaninaval officer.[1] He fought the Indo-Pakistani War of 1965 and the Indo-Pakistani War of 1971.[2][3] Thegovernment of Pakistan awarded Karam ud Din with Tamgha-i-Khidmat (Military) First Class.[4][5]

Early life
Karam ud Din was born in Bara Pind a village of tehsil Shakargarh district Sialkot (Now) Narowal, Punjab on 9 October 1941, in Arain Family.[6]

Naval career
He joined Pakistan Navy as a non-commissioned officer (Seaman) on 1 January 1958 at a very young age of 17 years.

He was given an award for his meritorious actions on board his naval frigate during the 1971 war with India.
